He’s matched with Rowena but sadly couldn’t have a virtual lock-down date with her as he was too busy working. ๐ฅ๐

5. Robbie discovers Joe Wicks
Robbie put on a few pounds in lockdown but is on a mission to get fit! ๐ช
He wants to impress Rowena so is doing Joe Wicks exercise videos in the time he’s saved by automating his manual tasks.
He’s hoping for a six-pack by the time he meets Rowena! ๐
6. Robbie learns more about Zapier
Robbie is keen to learn more about Zapier so is watching one of the Solvaa tutorial videos from YouTube. 
Thanks to the video tips he has already automated some of his Xero bookkeeping tasks and now wants to set up a sales cadence to follow up on his leads.
Soon he’ll be running his business on autopilot! 
7. Robbie finally meets the lovely Rowena
Using Zapier means that Robbie finally has time for love, so has a first date with Rowena.
They meet up for a socially distanced walk in the park! We won’t buy a hat just yet but we have high hopes for this particular love match

27. NEW YEAR, NEW ROBBIE!
Robbie The Robot’s life is unrecognisable from this time last year when he hadn’t even heard of automation. Now he’s taken on Eugene, his office is neat and tidy and he has time to work on winning new clients.
Using Zapier means that most of his manual tasks run on autopilot now and he never forgets a meeting! We can’t wait to see what Robbie has in store for 2022…
28. โค๏ธ IT'S A VALENTINE'S LOVE MATCH! โค๏ธ
It’s a year since Robbie and Rowena swiped right on Tin-Date and things couldn’t have gone better for them.
There’s no more heartbreak for Robbie as this year they enjoyed a romantic Valentine’s Day date at their favourite restaurant. We can even hear the faint ring of wedding bells! Robbie is thinking of ideas for a proposal so watch this space for more news on this automation love story. ๐
29. ROBBIE SIGNS A DEAL!
Robbie has won some new business and he couldn’t be happier.
Automating his sales leads has paid off, and he is reaping the benefits.
He might need to expand his team further, too, it promises to be an exciting year!

Robbie, Rowena and Eugene and their friends are on a Pride march.
Rowena identifies as bisexual and Robbie’s company promotes equality, inclusivity and diversity. They’re having a blast showing their support for their friends, colleagues and family in the LGBTQIA+ community.
33. ๐ฝROBBIE AND ROWENA ARE IN NYC! ๐
Now that Robbie has more time for the fun things in life, he and Rowena can finally take a holiday.
It’s their first trip away together and they’ve loved seeing all the sights, including the Statue Of Liberty, World One Trade Center and Central Park.
This is the first of many exciting adventures for this loved-up pair!
34. ๐ปROBBIE CELEBRATES INTERNATIONAL CAT DAY ๐ป
Robbie and Rowena love to give back to their community in small or big ways. As fur parents, they decided to celebrate international cat’s day by volunteering in a cat shelter.
They cleaned the cages and litter boxes, fed the cats, and played with them all day long. Yes, all day. That’s how much time you can spend on other things when you have your business automated.

Robbie and Rowena are now planning their wedding.
With so much time on their hands, they can now check out different wedding venues, and Robbie can accompany Rowena in trying out some of the wedding gowns at any time.

36. ROBBIE AND ROWENA SUPPORT WORLD ANIMAL WELFARE DAY ๐ถ๐ฑ
Despite being busy with the upcoming wedding, Robbie and Rowena took a quick break in their wedding planning to support and create a social impact.
Robbie planned a fur-friendly (and Robo-animal friendly) party in support of World Animal Welfare Day for the 4th of October.

While the business is running on autopilot, Robbie and Rowena had time to come up with a simple Halloween party.
They carved some pumpkins and decorated the room with cobwebs and other Halloween-themed things.
Robbie and Rowena danced the night away and topped it off with a few drinks.

Robbie suggested to Rowena that they sign up for the 23 January Cohort of “Simple Automation Blueprint: Zero to Hero” โก
Rowena was wondering what the course is about and so Robbie showed her the website.
After reading through the website, it sparked Rowena’s interest to learn more about automation.

Today is the first day of the “Simple Automation Blueprint: Zero to Hero” January cohort that Robbie and Rowena signed up for.

Robbie and Rowena are back to their wedding preparations!
Now that the venue and the date are finalised, it’s time to send out the invitations!
Because they love automation so much, they’ve automated their entire invitation and RSVP process. Invitees are directed to a landing page to RSVP. And then using automation, the final guest list and their food preferences are collected in a small database.
They have also automated the countdown and save-the-date email sequence.
How cool is that? A techy wedding it is!
41. ROBBIE EXPLORES "NO-CODE TOOLS" FOR THE BUSINESS
Review and improve before you automate…
What better way to celebrate No-Code Month than to use it as an opportunity to do some process improvement to make sure you have the right apps for your business, you’re using them optimally and you’ve automated your manual and repetitive tasks?
Follow these steps:
- Make a list of the apps you use in the business, their purpose, and the subscription costs.
- Ask yourself if your apps are fit for purpose, and trial new apps if needed.
- Review app features and optimise how you’re using the app where possible, to reduce costs and enhance what you are paying for.
- Explore native integrations with your apps to understand how you can reduce manual entry, repetitive tasks and errors between your apps.
- Fill the gaps with custom workflows using Zapier.
In summary, review your apps and processes, optimise them and only then should you automate your tasks. Repeat this review regularly.
